When is the Christmas Carnival?

The Christmas Carnival takes place on between the 1st and 16th December at weekends, with activities also available throughout the week.  Details and timings of all activities can be found on the website here. The East Court opens at 10am during the Christmas Carnival dates.

 

Is the Christmas Carnival free? Do I need a ticket?

Entry into the Carnival is completely free. There are some bookable and chargeable activities and these include Santa’s Grotto, Luna Cinema and some of our Creative Learning activities. Find details on the website here.

 

Do you have age restrictions in place?

All ages are free to attend and enjoy the Carnival. We’d recommend that Under 12s are accompanied by an adult. Bars serving alcohol will be operating the Think 25 policy, strictly serving 18+ with valid ID.  

Can I bring food and drink in?

Food and drink is available to purchase from our food trucks and bars. Details can be found on the website here.   Have a ticket to one of our theatre performances? You can enter the theatre via the East Court entrance and visit our Christmas Carnival before you enjoy the performance in the theatre.  

Is the Carnival accessible for wheelchair users?

The East Court has full accessible access. We have a blue badge holder parking area available on a flat level approximately 100m from the East Court. We have disabled toilets which are located within the East Court. If you have any questions regarding access to the site please feel free to call us on 0208 3652121

 

Is there on-site parking?

We have free on-site car parking spaces on a first come first served basis, but as December is especially busy with events we always recommend getting here by public transport. For more travel information click here.

 

How do I get to Alexandra Palace

Getting to the Palace is easy by tube, rail or bus. Click here for more info. Do you cater for Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free and other dietary requirements? We offer a wide range of catering so you should find something to suit your diet. Our street food vendors are subject to change so check the ‘food & drink’ section to see what’s on offer.
